6.2 Users Outside the US.
We are a global business, and we offer our Services in many countries. As part of delivering our Service and providing access to our Tools, we may collect and process audiovisual content, metadata, and analytical data related to the use of our APIs and embedded functionalities. This may include data transmitted or uploaded to the Service by customers, including videos, images, and other user-generated content (“User Content”), as well as usage statistics and engagement metrics (“Analytics Data”).
The APIs and Tools offered by FASTPIX are designed for integration with websites and applications that deliver or interact with video content. These integrations may facilitate the collection of Analytics Data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, cookie information, video playback details, software and browser specifications, and user interactions with video elements, including play, pause, and skip behaviors. Additionally, publishers and content distributors may provide identifiers and related metadata.
Ownership and control of User Content and Analytics Data rest with our customers. FASTPIX processes this data solely to operate and enhance our Service, in accordance with our agreements with customers. Any sharing of this data follows the guidelines outlined in Section 3, ensuring that such disclosures are directed or permitted by our customers. We do not utilize User Content or Analytics Data for independent marketing or advertising initiatives, nor do we share it with third parties beyond what is described in Section 3 unless aggregated and anonymized in a way that removes any association with specific users or customers.
Each customer is responsible for implementing its own privacy policy detailing how it collects and processes data using our Tools. This Policy does not extend to third-party websites, services, or our customers' handling of data collected through their use of our APIs and Tools.
We take commercially reasonable steps to help protect personal information that we collect, but we do not guarantee that personal information will be completely protected. For example, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of personal information by you is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site, including the illegal acts of third parties. FASTPIX is committed to processing personal and analytical data responsibly. Our AI-powered tools generate insights and summaries to enhance user experiences while maintaining compliance with applicable privacy regulations. We do not use this data for unauthorized purposes.
Our In-Video AI and analytics capabilities gather interaction data to provide meaningful insights. This includes object detection, video summarization, interaction tracking (e.g., pauses, skips, playback times), and aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our offerings.
FASTPIX employs industry-standard encryption and access control protocols to protect personal data. While no security system is entirely foolproof, we continuously implement measures to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate risks.
