You may manage your cookie settings through your browser or mobile device. While some settings may limit targeted advertising, we cannot guarantee that all tracking technologies will be disabled. Each platform, such as Apple iOS, Android OS, and Microsoft Windows, provides unique methods to adjust privacy and advertising settings.
If you have created an account, you may have the ability to access, review, and update certain personal information by logging into your account and navigating to the settings section. Available features may allow you to modify specific details related to your profile and account preferences. However, not all personal information is stored in a format that can be directly accessed or changed by users. If you need to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data that is not editable through the Service, you can submit a request to support@fastpix.io. To protect your privacy and security, we may require additional verification before fulfilling your request.
Please note that certain requests may not be accommodated if they conflict with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or if modifying the information could lead to inaccuracies. In cases where we have a legitimate basis for retaining specific data, we will inform you of the reason for denial.

6.2 Users Outside the US.
We are a global business, and we offer our Services in many countries. In order to provide the Service to you, Personal Data may be stored and processed in any country where we have operations or where we engage service providers. We may transfer Personal Data that we maintain about you to recipients in countries other than the country in which the Personal Data was originally collected, including to the United States. If you are using the Service from outside the US, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in and to the United States or other countries.
As part of delivering our Service and providing access to our Tools, we may collect and process audiovisual content, metadata, and analytical data related to the use of our APIs and embedded functionalities. This may include data transmitted or uploaded to the Service by customers, including videos, images, and other user-generated content (“User Content”), as well as usage statistics and engagement metrics (“Analytics Data”).
The APIs and Tools offered by FASTPIX are designed for integration with websites and applications that deliver or interact with video content. These integrations may facilitate the collection of Analytics Data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, cookie information, video playback details, software and browser specifications, and user interactions with video elements, including play, pause, and skip behaviors. Additionally, publishers and content distributors may provide identifiers and related metadata.
Ownership and control of User Content and Analytics Data rest with our customers. FASTPIX processes this data solely to operate and enhance our Service, in accordance with our agreements with customers. Any sharing of this data follows the guidelines outlined in Section 3, ensuring that such disclosures are directed or permitted by our customers. We do not utilize User Content or Analytics Data for independent marketing or advertising initiatives, nor do we share it with third parties beyond what is described in Section 3 unless aggregated and anonymized in a way that removes any association with specific users or customers.
Each customer is responsible for implementing its own privacy policy detailing how it collects and processes data using our Tools. This Policy does not extend to third-party websites, services, or our customers' handling of data collected through their use of our APIs and Tools.
We take commercially reasonable steps to help protect personal information that we collect, but we do not guarantee that personal information will be completely protected. For example, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of personal information by you is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site, including the illegal acts of third parties. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) account credentials (e.g., user names or passwords) for access to certain parts of the Site or Service, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential. Do not give your credentials to anyone else. If you enter a section of the Service that requires a password, you should log out when you leave. If you believe that any account credentials for the Site or Service have been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@fastpix.io.
We keep personal information for as long as we deem necessary for our business purposes, or as otherwise required to operate the Service, comply with your requests, or comply with applicable law.

Users may also share links to third-party websites through our Service. Please be aware that these external sites maintain their own privacy policies, and we do not assume any responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. We will revise the ‘Effective Date’ at the top of this document and post the revised Policy on this page. Unless stated otherwise, changes to this Policy become effective upon posting. FASTPIX is committed to processing personal and analytical data responsibly. Our AI-powered tools generate insights and summaries to enhance user experiences while maintaining compliance with applicable privacy regulations. We do not use this data for unauthorized purposes.
Our In-Video AI and analytics capabilities gather interaction data to provide meaningful insights. This includes object detection, video summarization, interaction tracking (e.g., pauses, skips, playback times), and aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our offerings.
FASTPIX employs industry-standard encryption and access control protocols to protect personal data. While no security system is entirely foolproof, we continuously implement measures to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate risks.
